Richard Hoagland and the sheriff of nye were on KFYI this morning... here=

I can add to Ann's report--I listened to KFYI this AM also, and took
notes...Hoagland said that he had not talked to Art when he was on yester=
day
AM--but that
the information about the December 7th event in Phoenix was from a reliab=
le,
verified NASA/Defense Department source, an agent, and that was still goo=
d
information.  Hoag is watching that carefully and will keep us informed.

Also after talking to Art, Hoagland now knows that Art's actions are NOT
related to the event, but rather something personal, related to the event=
 a
year ago,
and that he needed time to focus on this problem, which is private, and
potentially dangerous.  Hoagland said that Art sounded "better than he ha=
s
in about a
year."  Hoagland said he always looks for hidden agendas, and he believes
that Art is not doing this for publicity, and rules out the Government
aspect.

After Hoagland, they talked with the sheriff of Nye County, Wade Lesky.  =
He
said
that he has talked with Art several times since Tuesday, that he was awar=
e
of the situation a year ago, and after Art explained to the sheriff why h=
e
did what
he did, the sheriff understood Art's point of view.  He said that the
situation would not require law enforcement intervention and that there i=
s
no threat to
Art's life.
