SORRY for the Delay, a multitude of being busy, and having a bit of Computer Trouble. Good thing Windows XP has that "SYSTEM RESTORE" Function. Otherwise it may have taken longer. Well let's see where I left off. Oh Yeah, my Car. Heh, Heh, Well Late Friday Night, Early Saturday AM around 12:45AM I got pulled over by the Police. My LICENSE PLATE BULB was OUT. However I think the Officer was hoping for more, i.e. A D.U.I. A Fishing Expedition you may say. I am not Sorry I disappointed him. But because I hate being pulled over, as it always raises my bloodpressure, and adrenaline levels. I bought and installed a NEW BULB. Cost me $1.06. So that was the highlight of the weekend, although my Cardinals on Sunday, partly because of the OFFICIALS also caused my BloodPressure to rise.

Guess What? It is supposed to RAIN here Tomorrow!!! I love Driving in the Rain here since it happens so infrequently. So hopefully a good steady rain is falling around 9:30AM tomorrow when I get off from work. Driving in a cold NOVEMBER RAIN.... HMMMM.... I believe GUNS&ROSES had a BALLAD with this TITLE, in fact I know they do because I love that Song.

Well I know you all hope for NEWS UPDATES besides my Commentary, but I still have loose ends to tie up, I need to renew my Car Insurance Today, and I have a call in for warranty on my "SECRET ARMED COMPOUND". You see my DOORBELL has BURNT OUT for the 2nd time since FEBUARY, because of a "BAD" BUTTON that sticks. Well it also turns out that a NAIL or BOLT is starting to pull thru the dryboard above the DORRBELL RINGER UNIT. Well I get all this fixed for FREE the 1st year, and that is why I WANT RAIN!!! To make Sure my ROOF IS still AOK, and the Drainage, etc.

It is also why I need to think about real soon, before my 1st year here is up, to get a Building Inspector and possibly an Appraisor, to come before my Warranty is up. #1 to make sure thru an outside the BUILDER'S control, that EVERYTHING claimed by my BUILDER is what it is. I learn QUICK. My Mom just had this done over the Summer on her NEW HOME, and found out she was Shorted 6 inches of insulation in the attic. Well whether it is VERY HOT or VERY COLD, INSULATION is what saves you $$$. I am going to get EVERY PENNY of WARRANTY I DESERVE!!!.

And Believe it or not, but I can be a belligerent asshole if I don't get my way. And if I have a shred of Credibilty to my claim, they will do it just to shut me up/get rid of me. The SQUEEKIE WHEEL gets the GREASE!!!

These INSPECTORS/APPRAISORS, I don't know the cost yet, I just know I will have to pay for it before the end of January. But I'll get an idea of what it will cost from my MOM.

So now I need to renew CAR INSURANCE for my 1996 PONTIAC GRAND AM with 162,000+ Miles that is PAID FOR. But I will Continue FULL COVERAGE.

NOW if nothing else happens that is UNEXPECTED the rest of today, and Tonight. I will be giving an UPDATE TOMORROW, with COMMENTARY, AND NEWS!!!

I'm Back! And so is my Car as of yesterday. Well my car didn't have the FLU, but it did have a Bad Cold. I also know that I have, or my car has another Bad Cold coming, "Front Brakes & Rotors" probably before March, and probably a new serpentine Belt and Transmission Service before the end of Spring. If the Brakes last long enough into April/May, maybe I can do both at the same time with my Tax Refund. Which should be substantial this time since I bought this new "ARMED COMPOUND" this past Febuary. I have always set my tax deductions so in the end I get maybe $200 back betwen Federal and State. Well I haven't changed my rates, and with buying a home, tax cut, etc. I should be getting more back this time. Once I figure out the actual Amt I need to have taken from my paycheck, I will TWEAK it to so I break even or get a few $$'s back.

But I am very glad to have my car back. My but cheeks are imprinted in my Bucket Seats, nice and comfy. Everything is where it should be, the View out the window is back to normal,etc. What I am saying is driving a Rental Car is like sleeping in a strange bed, not the same. Especially if the bed like I have, a SELECT-COMFORT BED..."What's Your SLEEP #?" is taken into consideration.

A nice Long Weekend for me, I am off until Monday Night, vacation time I have to use up before I lose it. So a 4 Day/Night Weekend for me! Hi ALL!! Well last night it got "chilly" here! I guess my car, a 1996 GRand AM, 162,000 Miles and PAID FOR since last November...(I suppose that it means it is in it's Retirement Years, and considered "ELDERLY") Well you know the FLU is very dangerous to the elderly. I hope my car only has a cold. On the way to Work last night, I was Nearly there! The "CHECK ENGINE" Light came on. Now the Car still sounded and operated the same as I finished my Drive to work, and the drive from Work to the Doctor's Office, I mean the Dealership. But meanwhile the ENGINE DIAGNOSTIC is $80, and I had to get a Rental Car at a bit more than $30 per Day. And that is before the cost of what CURE my Car Needs. DAMN!!! Oh well, that's how life goes. Except when I get sick (Rarely) I just eat ASPIRIN for awhile and Yell at people. Too bad my car just couldn't demand SUPER UNLEADED GAS for awhile and backfire a few times.

Plus it is also ELECTION DAY. So I was delayed getting to the polls, we just had Propositions here, County and City to vote on. Mostly to vote for More of my $ towards new TAXES. Well you can guess how I went on this.

You can correctly surmise, that today's UPDATE is Shorter than planned as of yesterday because of my car Troubles, getting a Rental Car, etc. I had already Budgeted the Time to VOTE. But I lost nearly 2 hrs of Update Time today. Tomorrow is still unsure, but there will be at least an Hour of Delay if the trouble with the Car is solved today or Early Tomorrow, given the time to return the Rental, and the Processing at the Doctor's, I mean Dealership. I won't know for another Hour or so about Tomorrow. But If I am here full time tomorrow, that means my car is REALLY SICK, meaning MORE $$$, and more $$$ on the RENTAL. I will be VERY UNHAPPY and my Update will Probably reflect this disposition.

President FOX of MEXICO is here in ARIZONA TODAY. I wonder if my whacked out Governor is going to give ARIZONA Back to Mexico. Well.... maybe she already has, with the continued onslaught of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, a FEW TERRORISTS MIXED IN STREAMING into ARIZONA at a better rate than STREAMING VIDEO on the INTERNET.

Hi All! I know I wasn't here yesterday, worked Late, and Tonight I go to work Early, But I get Free OKTOBERFEST FOOD! BRATS for BREAKFAST!

I have more news to give than Time Allows, because I also have a Full Time Job to do at night. Now If I didn't have to work to pay my Bills, this wouldn't be an Issue in updating my website. But it is what it is. I do what I can.

Well apparently we are currently being SLAMMED by the biggest SOLAR STORM in 15 yrs. about 100X worse than what we got hit with on Friday Night Saturday AM. So if today/tomorrow you have Cell Phone or Internet trouble, it probably isn't your fault.

Well today is supposed to be the Hottest Day of the Week here. 90 degrees. What a change in 10 DAYS!!! Well I turned off my A/C 2 days ago, and while I work about 2 miles from SKY HARBOR INT. AIRPORT where the OFFICIAL PHX temp is recorded, I actually live nearly 30 miles away. Besides, well over 9 times out of 10, it is COOLER here at my SECRET COMPOUND by 4 to 8 degrees. So if it does get WARM HERE, I just in my SLEEP move from under the sheets to on top of the sheets. My A/C Bill ceased a Week ago, and I am not bringing the A/C back on because it may hit the low to mid 80's here today during my Sleep Time.

Well with any LUCK at All, I will get out of work on time tomorrow, and not need to go in Early, and then have a better opportunity to UPDATE this Web Site.

HOLY COW!!! My AZ. CARDINALS WIN over the SF 49'ers in OT!!! Actually we should have won easily, but things are never easy for my Cardinals. Yeah, sure the critics will say that the stadium was only just over 1/2 full. And they will be comparing this fact unfairly with tonight's Monday Night Football Game between Miami and San Diego, which was moved late yesterday to Tempe from San Diego because of the wildfires. THE TICKETS ARE FREE! All they ask is a volunteer donation to San Diego's Fire Relief Fund. 1st come 1st served/choice of seats. General Admission. This will probably be like a Chinesse Fire Drill. I won't be there as I have to work tonight. See the STORY HERE!!!

Back to the wildfires. Well it appears at least 2 of the 3 fires are ARSON. At the very least I would classify these fires as Domestic Terrorism. Remember the ECO Freaks who torched the HUMVEE Dealership in L.A. and the Apt Complexes under constuction in California recently? So what is happening around here besides the Cardinals winning a Game and Monday Night Football here tonight in a Bizarre FREE TICKETS General Admission GAME? Well we are OFFICIALLY in AUTUMN. No more triple digit Temps, The License Plates changing color from the SNOWBIRDS who winter here from the northern States and Canada. I think that this coming weekend I will be shutting my A/C Off, I may need it a bit during this week as we have forcasted Highs of 90 degrees, of coarse during my prime sleep time. But for example this morning, we got down to 57 outside of my SECRET ARMED COMPOUND, and with the windows open down to 66 degrees inside. Actually "Chilly" to us here in AZ. So I hope that after this week I can manage the temp (inside) by opening and closing windows and have VERY LOW ELECTRIC BILLS the next few months. The end of $200+ Electric Bills are ending! However I still have 1 coming this week sometime, maybe Early next week, that will be below $200, but still PRICEY. But I look forward to 6 months of electric bills of around $50.

RADICAL ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS, RAMADAN has started, they CELEBRATE by BLOWING THINGS AND PEOPLE UP!!! Well I hope most of you had a Lot of FUN resetting all or most of your clocks yesterday. I didn't have to mostly. But WHAT is the Point on what the time is in a 24 hr Society? It may mean more in the Rural Areas, but I don't think it is an overiding issue there either. Here in AZ We don't change the time. But I did have to Fix 2 Clocks. 1 is my Radio recieving Clock, I have to hit a Button to switch from Pacific back to Mountain Time. The Other was my new DVD/VCR Player/Recorder. It thought it was so smart to automatically change the Time. I think things will be much easier if we didn't have these shifts in time twice a year. OR is this whole thing now hinged on the PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT to check your SMOKE DETECTOR and REPLACE the BATTERIES? Seems to me that most of the Fatal Fires are in Homes with Smoke Detectors, whose Batteries were Raided for the TV REMOTE, or a Walkman, or an MP3 Player.... I think with the nearly all encompassing 24 hr Society Worldwide, maybe it is time to go to a WORLD TIME. GREENWICH MEAN TIME. If in the Autumn and or Spring Employers wish to start the workday an hour later or earlier, it should be no problem. If Worldwide we had the Same Time, you don't need to figure out what time it is wherever. You only need to know how far away is the place from Greenwhich.

The DAYS of the Family Breakfast at 7AM and the Workplace LUNCHHOUR at 12 Noon, and the Family SUPPER at 5PM Ended when I was still a teenager nearly 25 yrs ago and this was an American thing, it didn't really happen anywhere else. REALLY, How many of you, especially middle-age folks in their late 30's to early 50's still have the 7AM Breakfast, the Noon Lunch HOUR, and the 5PM SUPPER DURING the WORKWEEK??? I bet it is next to 0%. Most of us who work by an Hourly wage Do Not get 1 Hour for Lunch. Many of us, 1/3rd of the Workforce work at NIGHT. The so called "9 to 5" Jobs are getting to a point of an endangered species. So I believe it is time to go to 1 TIME for everywhere on EARTH. OK SURE, hard to celebrate the NEW YEAR at 7AM if you are a 9 to 5'er. But do you actually think that the EARTH was Born by TIME ZONES???? OR as a WHOLE....????

A 4 day weekend for me, actually started yesterday. Well actually Yesterday was our last 100 degree Temp for the Year, 101. Today only 95 and 93 days forcasted for the weekend. So now let the SNOWBIRD IMMIGRATION BEGIN!!! In case you don't know, here in ARIZONA the Leaves don't change colors, but the License Plates Do! Within a week, the roads and freeways and highways will be clogged with people from the Northern States and Canada. SNOWBIRDS is what we call them here. They are the ones from northern States and Canada who "Winter" here in our warm climate. But also cause all sorts of HELL on the roads here!

We have A BIG SOLAR STORM ABOUT TO HIT US ON EARTH ABOUT NOW. See the STORY HERE!!!

HMMM... I am about to BBQ a BURGER, maybe I won't need to light my Grill....I just want it Medium Well, and not Blackend, i.e. no Pink inside. Guess what? The Democrats running for President have a Debate on Sunday. They are rooting for the Florida Marlins to Win the World Series in GAME 6. Because if it goes to a GAME 7, it will be played the same time as their Debate. OH SO SAD!!! I don't give a damn who wins this World Series, but if a GAME 7 pisses off Democrats, I'm all for it. Seems to me that the Democratic Line is for jobs and helping the economy. Well if there is a GAME 7 in NYC, the VENDERS make $, a lot of people make $, Good for the Local economy. BUT THE DEMOCRATS ARE AGAINST IT!!! They think THEIR DEBATE is more important than a GAME 7 in the WORLD SERIES. Boy are they wrong!!! I follow Politics more than most people I know, but a GAME 7 even if it is between 2 teams I care less about. Like these 2 teams, Rates a lot higher in my viewing preference than a DEBATE between BOZOS'of the Democratic Party. Besides, I will be just be getting home from the 49'ers VS Cardinals NFL GAME early Sunday Evening.

WELL!!! Today is SUPPOSED to be our last Day of High Temps hitting 100 or more. I hope SO!!! I sleep during the Day, so this INDIAN SUMMER is costing me big time on the ELECTRIC BILL!!!! In case you didn't Know, yesterday's High of 103 was the LATEST RECORDED HIGH TEMP in recorded HISTORY in Phoenix 10/21/03. And it appears we will hit 100 or more today. But Relief is in Sight!!! Forcast is only for 99 degrees tomorrow!!! YEAH, GREAT.... Let me prepare to switch from A/C to HEAT....NOT!!!

Set us all back about $250 EACH at a time when none of us made more than $6 an hour. This is WAY BACK in 1985 or '86. There a CONFESSION. BUT STILL, this WOMAN was WRONG, Sure TEENAGERS can Be convincing, HELL I WAS!!! To get ADULTS to do what they shouldn't. And this Woman fell into what could and can be a a life changing tragedy. Hi All!!! Well let's start with TAXES and the TAX CUTS..... ONLY FOR THE RICH....Correct? Well according to the Liberal Democrats it is. Well let's define who is and who is not rich. Let's say that the top 50% of wage earners are on the "RICH SIDE" and the bottom 50% of the wage earners are on the "POOR SIDE".

Well,Only The Rich Pay Taxes: Top 50% of Wage Earners Pay 96.03% of Income Taxes.

And,Think of it this way: less than four dollars out of every $100 paid in income taxes in the United States is paid by someone in the bottom 50% of wage earners.

Hmmmm. Are you wondering WHO IS in the top 50%? I bet you are. Well according to the latest Gov't Figures,Are these people MILLIONAIRES? Noooo, more like "thousandaires." The top 50% were those individuals or couples filing jointly who earned $26,000 and up in 1999. (The top 1% earned $293,000-plus.) Americans who want to are continuing to improve their lives - and those who don't want to, aren't.

The Sum of all this, is the TAX CUTS were not for the Rich, though the Rich were included, but for the MIDDLE CLASS, for the working person. The Americans earning there own Keep, being self sufficient. Not on the Gov't handouts. And there are a great many near the top 50% working hard, and will soon get to the point of being "RICH" by Liberal Democrat Standards.

I have to go now... RECORD Heat Wave here!!! AHHHH!!!!! I'M MELTING!!!!... Not really, we are used to this and it isn't that bad to us here, except it is supposed to be CHILLY right now. But being 20 degrees above normal is screwing up my Electric Bill!!! I should be using next to nothing,,,Sleeping during the day, at work at night. And my friend staying on the 1st floor Bedroom sleeping at night, we should be using ZERO for A/C, and no need for HEAT. But I will have to use the A/C since the forcast Temp High for Today is 104 degrees. It is now 92 degrees. Well, I need to keep my Bedroom Temp in the low 80's. Boy Am I a Bastard to want to sleep in a Room where it is under 85 degrees. Well I will never apologize for this. I can always claim BRAIN DAMAGE from Excessive HEAT....

Finally the WEEKEND!!! And My AZ CARDINALS CAN'T LOSE!!! (It is a BYE WEEK). World Series Yankees vs Marlins, well I could not care less. If The Chicago Cubs or Boston Red Sox were in the Series I would be interested.

AZ weather, HOT for OCTOBER, we will be setting records for the next 5 days, 100 or more, compared to summer it is mild, but we are SUPPOSED to be in the LOW 80's now.

Well I assume you all know that Rush Limbaugh is about to enter week #2 of ReHab. WOW!!! What a day, Chinaman in ORBIT, ARMEGGEDON or APOCALYPSE NOW in CHICAGO. The Most wanted man in Chicago is not Saddam or Bin Laden, but a Cubs Fan who tried to catch a foul ball! Granted this did in itself NOT cause the Cubs to LOSE last night, but set up the very weird and bizzare circumstances for the remainder of the top of the 8th Inning. This guy, and his whole Family better hope the CUBS Win Game 7 tonight. Otherwise the whole clan will have to move out of the country, to Brazil or Costa Rica or somewhere like that. Because the lifelong Cubs Fans will pin the blame on this fan, as it was the 1st thing that went wrong and Precipitated the events remaining of the Inning.

Welol let's see, what do I have Today?

Well China is now in the SPACE RACE as it is. I hope it Jumps Starts US! I bet with their modernized SOYUZ-Based SPACE CAPSULE that can hold a 3 man Crew, within a YEAR they will do a LUNAR ORBIT and Return Mission. Guess WHAT? WE CAN'T DO THAT NOW!!! Actually this next story is about the ARIZONA STATE FAIR. While I have been here 19 years, and it is only maybe 35 miles from me, I have never attended. But there are always new twists on foods, starting with the Basic Fry Bread, to the Fried Twinkies, and now this year, HEART ATTACK on a STICK, I mean CHEESEBURGER on a Stick. Hamburger wrapped around a Stick, then wrapped in CHEESE, then dipped in batter and DEEP FRIED. There is also another Item, called the "Kaktus Kutter".... Hmmm actually it is a chunk of hot pepper cheese stuffed inside a green chili, then wrapped in roast beef, turkey or ham. The whole thing is batterdipped and deep-fried. But I think if you are the ARIZONA STATE FAIR, and get impatient at the restroom of the person ahead of you, and you KNOCK..."HEY!!! what is taking SO LONG????" And the Response is "Kaktus Kutter!!!". I would say, OH!!! OK, and choose another John. See the Story HERE!!!

Well RUSH LIMBAUGH has come clean. He announced today that he is in fact addicted to prescription Pain Medication, and will be entering a rehab facility. Now those of you who follow this web site closely know that I suspected RUSH could possibly be having some trouble, keeping it Off Air, and trying to solve it on his own without Publicity. You know the Liberals CELEBRATE other Liberals who go to rehab as BRAVE and HEROIC. I can tell you this, Rush feels neither Brave or Heroic. But a FLAW. I understand what RUSH has gone thru, from a weight problem, now corrected. To the painful loss of hearing. Now Rush is part cyborg. I don't know what kind of pain Rush had, but the fact there was pain and prescribed medication for it is the 1st clue.

Now being addicted to pain medication after you were on it is a totally different story than people on Drugs shooting Heroine or Smoking Crack. I remember, geez it was, let me think....About 18 yrs ago, at a job I help before where I work now. I SLAMMED my elbow into the wall with a hand cart with about 200 lbs of product on it. Nearly dislocated my elbow, but did bruise the bone and there was a LOT of SWELLING. I was on PERCADAN for a week, then down to PERCOCET, then a week later Tylenol 3. I remember saying, "Good thing these are Prescription Only!". But Many people who would never do drugs illegally, because of prior physical problems end up addicted to Pain Killers. So God Bless Rush, and I hope he finally beats this monkey on his back.

People are Addicted to many things, some minor, some Major. I'll tell you this much, if cigarrettes were Suddenly Banned tomorrow, within 2 weeks I will be Dead, because if I go without a smoke for 2 weeks, I will become a KILLING MACHINE. If I am at work and it has been 3 hrs since my last SMOKE my co-workers can verify that I become Irritated and MEAN. Can you imagin how I would be after a couple of weeks? After all I Am SMOKER DAVE!

Sorry about missing the past couple of Days, but, I believe the regular News, ReCall Etc, was enough to tide you over. Been a bit busier than normal after work with other things.

I have a change in work schedule for this week. I am off tonight, and work Friday night. I switched with a co-worker who needed Friday night off. But I get Rewarded for it. This Sunday at the AZ. Cardinals VS Balt. Ravens NFL Football Game, I will have delivered a Pepperoni Pizza and Beer right to my seat, compliments of the brother in law of my co-worker who until last season was a starter for the Cardinals, and now plays for another Team. A Free Agency thing. Yes, a lot of good things happen because of CONNECTIONS! I will be the envy of my whole section at the Game. You may know about the low attendance of the Cardinals Games, but I am on the 35 Yard Line, this section is full of Season Ticket Holders for YEARS, I know nearly everyone in my Section, and the all know me with my Personalized CARDINALS #13 JERSEY with "SMOKER DAVE" on the Back!!!

I Have a BREWING CRISIS here in Arizona. Seems that the local Monopolized Beer Distibutor is ceasing deliveries of BUD DRY in Arizona. Unless this position changes, I will be forced to find a new reasonably priced "DRY" BEER and it won't be Budweiser or Michelob. If this happens, it is going to be an ordeal in time and $ and having to drink BEER I don't like before I can settle on a replacement Beer for BUD DRY. It is not Budweiser's fault. It's the "LOCAL" Distributors' FAULT. One that isn't distibuted by HENSLEY

Now to past issues. #1 RUSH Limbaugh. Well I have listened to RUSH this morning, and forced myself to watch NFL'S ESPN COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF yesterday. Before I post this bit of NEWS, Rush did say this morning he didn't watch the TV this weekend, only heard about what was said just before his show. Turns out that TOM JACKSON flew with RUSH on RUSH's private Jet recently, and RUSH said all the cast members got along well, in fact considered them all friends. But since the other cast members, this was their main job, and it was a "HOBBY" for RUSH, Rush resigned for the sake of the rest of the cast who were not used to getting some "HEAT". But here is the NEWS from TOM JACKSON.

NEWS: RUSH LIMBAUGH's former ESPN "SUNDAY NFL COUNTDOWN" co-workers apologized SUNDAY for not reacting more strongly to LIMBAUGH's infamous comments about DONOVAN MCNABB. TOM JACKSON, the most outspoken of the team, who reportedly threatened to quit during the week if LIMBAUGH wasn't fired, said that the network shouldn't have hired RUSH in the first place, saying "it was not our decision to have RUSH LIMBAUGH on this show... Grey Davis is being hailed by child out-of-wed-lock Jesse Jackson and Bill Clinton former President, groping Interns, Aids, even accused of RAPE, and convicted of LYING UNDER OATH TO A GRAND JURY. AND LOST HIS LICENCE TO PRACTICE LAW!

You know what? I bet ARNOLD has been GROPED by women in PUBLIC, than ARNOLD has GROPED WOMEN. What is going on in California by the Democrats is Gutter Politics. Everything they gave a FREE PASS on to Bill CLINTON, Ted KENNEDY, on womanizing is not allowed to the SLIGHTEST DEGREE to a Republican. The Same goes for RACISM. The DEMOCRATS can have a High Ranking Senator Robert Byrd former HIGH RANKING Member of the KU KLUX CLAN in their fold, but a comment by Conservative RUSH LIMBAUGH has 3 of the DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES demanding ESPN FIRE RUSH because he exercised his 1st ammendment Rights to FREE SPEECH. REMEMBER THE CONSTITUTION and the AMMENDMENTS are LIMITATIONS on GOVT'S POWER. AND for these PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES to use their position to have someone removed or FIRED is UN-CONSTITUTIONAL!!! WHERE is the ACLU????

You see it is OK to abuse CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS against CONSERVATIVES, whenever you can. Just wait until the Atheists mount a challenge to seeing Churches and Temples on the street, saying they are forced to see Religious Symbols every time the drive to work or to the store and it OFFENDS Them. Don't think it can happen? Think about what has already happened in the past 30 yrs. That then you would have believed would never happen, BUT HAS....

RUSH!!! Well I hold this opinion. I SAW ESPN'S KICKOFF with RUSH LIMBAUGH. Didn't faze me a bit, and also didn't Faze the 2 former NFL BLACK PLAYERS also on the SHOW. It Took over 2 days for this to become an issue. I ASSUME it was because this is the turnaround Time for the LIBERAL THINK TANKS to congregate a FOCUS PANEL if this STORY will help them out. NOW there are STORIES about RUSH being a drug addict to pain killer medication. Well RUSH will have to answer this soon as True or Not. I KNOW how these MEDS WORK. It 9is not like a COCAINE or CRACK, or METH Addiction. It's ROOT CAUSE is a Medical Problem. And RUSH DID have this trouble. And if the STORY is True, RUSH attempted to HEAL himself without PUBLIC FANFARE like LIBERALS Do and get accolades for "BEING SO BRAVE TO GO TO RE-HAB". If RUSH is GUILTY, and getting over 4,000 Pills in less than a Month, Well if ANYONE took this over the Coarse of a month even if they were as big as an Elephant, they would be DEAD.

Now I Don't Speak For RUSH. But if he is Guilty in any way, wether 10 Pills or 4,350, he needs to come clean soon. Right now I think this Story is a FARCE. But even if a portion of the Story is True, then RUSH just happened to sink down because of Medical Problems to be addicted to these Prescription Drugs. It happens all the Time. Betty Ford Clinic comes to mind. And How Many LIBERALS have been Celebrated by just Announcing PUBLICY they were going to RE-HAB? What does a Citizen, even a Public Figure, have a RIGHT TO help for a personal problem without Publicity about it? Well even this NEWS will not RUIN RUSH LIMBAUGH. And I know that Very Soon he will either say he had a problem, and Explain what happened, and is solved now. OR THIS STORY IS A LIE!!! I have known people on both sides of this type story. I'll just wait and see what RUSH SAYS!

To me it is very suspicious that this "NEWS" comes out at the same time that LIBERALS are REALLY PISSED OFF at him. If the Charge is true in any respect, RUSH will have to address it. IF it is TOTALLY FALSE, the Allegators will pay a HEAVY PRICE.

BUT THIS MAKES FRONT PAGE NEWS???? Do the LIBERALS REALLY THINK that if they discredit RUSH LIMBAUGH, they have a FREE RIDE???? I Don't place my FAITH on one person, be it POPE or TALK SHOW HOST. A Somber Day at the Secret Armed Compound Today. RAMBO, the Female little Black Cat, that I named, geez it must be almost 17 yrs ago, was put down today by my best Friend at the Vet's. It was his Cat, I thought that the end was coming, but in months, not Days. RAMBO was named becuase she was the sckrawniest little Black Cat in the Litter, back when none of the 3 of us who were sharing an APT, made more than $7.50 an hr. I won't go into all those details. But I named RAMBO as such, Because she was RAMBO LIKE. At the time of giving the name, we didn't know the sex. But the name did FIT. A Good Cat. She was doing fine until a week or so ago, but then started slowly going downhill. After a period of Time when my Friend's Ex-Wife had custudy of RAMBO, my friend got RAMBO Back. And at least she spent her final Months in a Comfy Home, along with those who were with her when she entered this World.

Now we go into the ART BELL / GEORGE NOORY WORLD. Just the other Day my best Friend was frantically searching for RAMBO. RAMBO Knows that the 3rd floor is off limits, it is where my Master Bedroom is. Well he found RAMBO at the top of my Stairs. An Obvious indication she spent the night under my SLEEP # BED. I think RAMBO did this as she was last able to make it to my Bedroom, as a Last Good-Bye... And Yesterday after I got home from work, was a Final Good-Bye. But I won't go into details Here on this.

Very Real, and STANGE. All it does is re-inforce my Belief that there is something "AFTER" we pass away. I look forward to seeing my old best friend, BRUTUS my Black Lab, when I leave this World, of coarse I will make an Extended Visit to RAMBO.

Hi All! Yes I am recovered from my devasting loss of my AZ. CARDINALS to the St. Louis RAMS this past Sunday.

Well actually that wasn't it. It was a MERGING of END OF MONTH BILLS, and needing to take advantage of Grocery Coupons that Expire on 09/30/03. That's the Truth, I know it's LAME, but HEY! I need to use COUPONS TOO!!! Been a VERY HOT SUMMER HERE, and I SLEEP during the DAY. Yesterday was 107. Today forcast 104. I have ELEVATED POWER BILLS HERE, and it is supposed to be going down now, but the AIN'T!!!

OK, I have some NEWS for You.

Hmmm... Well it CAN GET UGLY if you MESS UP a FAST FOOD ORDER, as this STORY HERE!! portrays. BUT!!! I think it can be EXPLAINED by the SCIENTIFIC STUDIES also in THE NEWS TODAY!!!

Only 3 Months Until CHRISTMAS!!! Started your Shopping yet? I haven't. Actually I really don't want anything for Christmas or my early January B-Day, a gorgous Blonde/Brunette/Redhead Excluded. All I want if anything, is instead of Gifts, just some help towards the promise I made to myself when I moved the "Secret Armed Compound" in Febuary to a permanent Home. That is to have a WIDESCREEN HDTV before SUPER BOWL SUNDAY, without having to use Credit.

And he COMPLAINED, Saying that AFFIRMATIVE ACTION is NOT BASED ON RACE!!! I say then, "WHAT IS AFFIRMATIVE ACTION BASED ON????".... DIVERSITY???? OK.... Let's make this FAIR. OUR COLLEGES need to accept Applicants who are too Stupid to enter other than the Gov't mandated Quotas, also the colleges need to accept applicants SMART ENOUGH to be in the COLLEGE, no matter their finances. I agree to HELP those SMART enough. I DISAGREE with the mandate of allowing IDIOTS to try to get a College Education based on QUOTA. WHAT is this QUOTA BASED ON???? RACE!!! So what is the ROOT CAUSE? Well it is apparent that AFFIRMATIVE ACTION MEANS that STUPID PEOPLE have a RIGHT for a place in College, and in CALIFORNIA, it means that if you are an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT/ALEIN you get FREE TUITION, while the LEGAL Citizens PAY $18 per Credit Hour. Hmmm... Well the Visibilty here in "The Valley Of The SUN", i.e. The Phoenix, AZ. area is poor. I can't see the Mountains! And it is not because of a Dust Storm. The Sky is grey, sort of reminds me of a Fall day back in NNY. Granted we are getting leftovers from the former Hurricane MARTY, but it was our local weather forcastors who said this. Well they are FLUNKIES for the most part. After all how hard could it be to forcast the weather in a place that gets rain about 12 times a year, 1/3rd of the year it is over 100 degrees, the other 2/3rds, BEAUTIFUL WEATHER? Well we may actually get some rain out this former Hurricane before I post my next update tomorrow. And RAIN would be a GOOD THING HERE!

HEH, HEH!!! Q: What MELTS in the HEAT??? A: CHEESE-HEADS!!! I loved this Game yesterday. While sure us Hard Core AZ Cardinals Fans were outnumbered 2 to 1 at Sun Devil Stadium, and enduring painfull renditions of "GO PACK GO!" from the stands during Pre-Game. It was SWEET to see the CHEESE HEADS MELT in the ARIZONA SUN!!! Both Players and FANS. While it was comfortable for me at 100+ degrees in the stands, remember it was also a DRY HEAT. Cool enough that I wore Bluejeans instead of Shorts. And seeing Green Bay Fans and Green Bay Players being hauled away because of the HEAT was fun to watch. And to end up Winning the Game was a PRICELESS Opportunity, to rub in their HEAT STROKE FACES!!! Which I did with Great Joy and ferver. I hope to regain my voice before Work tonight.

Well it looks like FALL has arrived here. The past few nights, Temps in the lower 70's, during the Day 105 tops. Good thing, means my Electric Bill will be going down. Which also means more $ in my pocket, to be towards my Goal of getting a WIDE SCREEN HDTV before SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!

Doesn't everyone know by now that when it is time to get the HELL OUT of TOWN, EVERYONE GETS OUT OF TOWN!!! INCLUDING the REPORTERS! OH, the RATINGS. MEDIA.... Well Today's update is very short because of Emails I had to do to multiple people, on a mutlitude of different subjects. But I am in a great MOOD!!! Why? Well BECAUSE ART BELL IS BACK!!! MY longest Co-Worker at work. Now doing starting THIS Saturday Night the Weekend Show. Well this changes my Tailgate Parties for my poorly performong AZ. Cardinals NFL Football Team. I will still Watch on my portable 5 inch Black and White TV the Early game. BUT! I will be listening to THE ART BELL SHOW on my trusty VersaCorder that records 4 hrs of Radio at 1/4 speed, so 4 hrs fits on 1 side of a 110 minute tape. In Radio, and I love Radio, there are 2 people who I would want to meet and shake hands with. #1 IS ART BELL, #2 is RUSH LIMBAUGH. GEORGE NOORY and Shean HAnnity are tied for 3RD. If I could only choose 1 to meet, there is no other choice for me but ART BELL. For Over a decade, besides doing a job I LOVE, and Part of it is THIS SHOW, George Noory INCLUDED. ON the GRAVEYARD SHIFT, the Busiest part of the job I do Volume of work Wise. I work in one 1 of the FEW businesses where the Graveyard Shift is the Production SHIFT. I probably couldn't do it without ART or GEORGE on the RADIO. It just wouldn't be worth it. There is a bit of a DOWNSIDE to this. It makes me more willing to work EXTRA on the Weekends with ART BELL on AIR!

My AZ. Cardinals disappointing, a 38-0 blowout by the Seahawks. My optimism is greatly dimmed.

Uou know what I found out today? I AM FILTHY RICH!!!! Nothing has changed but I am FILTHY RICH. I am in the top 1%. GLOBALLY. So I think the DEMOCRATS saying only the RICH Benefit from the Bush Tax Cuts, like I have. ARE TECHNICALLY CORRECT. The DEMOCRATS were just decietfull on who they labled as "RICH". EX. according to this website. If you make $9,000 a year, you are in the top 12.41%. If you make $20,000 a year, you are in the top 7.7%. This is interesting, if I increase my RANK by 0.3%, I DOUBLE my INCOME. Somehow I don't think that if I work 0.3% harder, I will DOUBLE my income. So there are Flaws with this ranking system, but still interesting.

Now to something a bit more fun. Numerology. This is very interesting. Just so you know me. My Birthdate is 01/08/1963. According to this I am a #1 LIFEPATH, and my ATTITUDE # is #9. Well I can't disagree with it, it describes me accurately. Could be just a fluke, I don't know. Later I will test other Birthdates of Family and Friends and see how this holds up. The ROOT CAUSE of this problem is that MINORITIES are TOO STUPID to figure out how to use this SYSTEM CORRECTLY. Even though they used it BEFORE to help ELECT Grey DAVIS!!! They wish to delay the ReCall Election to the time of the CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY ELECTION, where it is guarenteed that More Democrats will come out to Vote. A Somber Day for sure. The children reading the names of those who perished and on reaching the name of their Dad or Relative, and choking up..... Tore at the Heart. But we must go on. Continue the Fight as the Threat is still there. Maybe this WAR actually started in 1972 in Munich, West Germany at the Olympics, or maybe in 1979 when the Iranians took our Embassy Personal Hostage. And Then President Carter could not React. Maybe the 1st VICTORY was when Ronald Reagan took Office and the Hostages held by IRAN were immediately Freed. Maybe we were DOOMED to 09/11 because of President Clinton's choosing to ignore the threat, refusing at least 3 times to have Usama Bin Laden delivered to us by Sudan, and possibly 9 other opportunities to take to care of Bin Laden during the Clinton Years. The Lack of Response by the Clinton Administration to the Original WTC Bombing in 1993, the USS COLE, the Embassies in AFRICA. Only Embolden the TERRORISTS. MY guess is because President Clinton had SEX on his mind, and because of his own doing. This PRESIDENT'S Personal LIFE did affect this Country.

Well at least now we have a PRESIDENT who knows the mission, and will do everything, no matter which way opinion polls shift in the Wind, to protect and defend, and win this WAR on TERRORISM. Maybe my "COUNTER" is a bit wrong, maybe it should be a "COUNTER" of since WE started FIGHTING the TERRORISTS who have made WAR against us. But I will keep it as it is.

They have been so rushed, that the IDIOT UN INSPECTORS have found Evidence of IRANS SECRET NUCLEAR PROGRAM.

As President Bush said 2 years ago, this will be a LONG WAR. But I think Escalation is about to happen. Maybe a 3 pronged pre-emptive ATTACK. Against IRAN, North Korea, and possibly certain areas of China and Russia. And I support it all the way. It is still them or US,,,, and I choose US to Vanquish our enemies in every way.

Well Tomorrow is THE DAY. Where were you when you 1st Heard of 9/11? I was at work, doing ALT Testing when the initial Report of a Commuter Plane hitting the WTC at about 06:50AM AM AZ.TIME. About 20 minutes later, all had changed when the second JETLINER HIT. DAY 1 OF WWIII. Well I plan on to be standing EXACTLY where I was 2 Years ago Tomorrow at 06:50AM AZ Time. I know exactly where I was, and can narrow it down to a 12 X 12 inch SPOT in the floor at work. I will NEVER FORGET THIS SPOT. Well it isn't Tomorrow yet. Tomorrow I will Remember 9/11 here.

Well it is cooler here in AZ. Today, I am thankful, so my POWER BILL will start reducing from the $200 Plus Range. But I will make out like a Bandit during the "Winter", when my Power Bill will be next to nothing.

I Don't know about you, but I grew up in a Town of 4,000, or less, and a County of 25,000 orless. Everyone Basically knew Everyone. I can sympathize with SHANKSVILLE, PA. But REALITY STRUCK on 09/11/01. See the STORY HERE!!!

Well myself and my Best Friend went to NY last Year, mid-late August. I am NOT SURPRISED that additional Remains have been Found from 09/11. I am currently holding in my hand a CHUNK of the WTC, that my friend and I retrieved from the Streets of NY, All small, DIME SIZE. We found 3. I have one, my MOM has one, and my Friend has one. So the fact that additional Remains were found yesterday near GROUND ZERO does not surprise me, I was there 1 Year ago + 1 Month.

As you know I grew up in a small Village in Northern NY, NYC was a 8 hr Drive, Buffalo was a 6 hour Drive, Syracuse was 1 1/2 hr + Drive. Canada 1/2 hr away.

SO! Given these basic Facts, let me continue. While I was Growing up. (I Graduated High School in 1981). In HIGH SCHOOL we had A SMOKING STUDY HALL called the SENIOR ROOM, (Had PING PONG TABLE TOO). We had RIFLES in the SCHOOL for the "RIFLE TEAM". Hunting Classes at Night, along with Driver Education Classes. Well now out a STUDY, that children under a certain age are irresponsible. Well before you read this Article. Just Remember, I was in a SMALL TOWN. Since I was 8 yrs old, I was able to babysit myself and my younger Brother for periods of time longer than 1 hr. A former co-worker had delivered thru a mutual friend/co-worker SpongeBob Collectibles, (DO NOT LAUGH!!!), and a 12-Pack of my Home Town Beer, that I will be enjoying at this Sunday's Cardinals VS Seahawks Tailgate Party. So I am in a very good mood today.

So what is in the NEWS TODAY? Well we have a lot.

Hi All!! I took of few days off from the Computer. And spent most of Sat and Sun watching Football. I also spent Thurs and Fri night tuning into ART Bell, Guest Hosting. Well what has happened since I last Posted? Well my AZ CARDINALS were impressive AND unimpressive. FUNDAMENTALS, COMMUNICATION. Solve this problem and my CARDS will do good this season.

Now let's get to the main Argument from Last Night. President Bush's Address last night. Well it didn't take the whacko Liberals long to "DIS" or refute it. But this Address was NOT to Them, because NO MATTER what Bush Does is wrong in their EYES. This Address was to the American People as a whole. We cannot leave IRAQ until the job is done. And if IRAQ is a MAGNET for TERRORISTS against US, Bring them on!!! Better to Fight them There where THEY LIVE than HERE in our own Country.BRING IT ON!!!

Well Howard Dean was here last Friday,,,, Surging in the Democratic Polls in ARIZONA. Guess how many Arizonians went to his RALLY? About 200, in a population in Phoenix area of 4 MILLION!!! Well let me Tell you this. If JIMMY DEAN, the sausage guy came into town, he would get more than 200 showing up. And if he decided to give away FREE SAMPLES of his Breakfast Sausage, I bet more than 20,000 would show up.

Well finally it is starting to cool down here in the desert, today's High is only 100. I am looking Forward to very Cheap Electric Bills in the Winter where I don't use either A/C or HEAT.

1 YEAR, 50 Weeks and 5 Days, of WWIII

Somehow I got off the correct count of WWIII. A 1st assumption, is that it probably happened at the end of Febuary when I moved. The Count should be correct now. Somehow I "Lost" 8 days in the count.

To All the Kids and Parents whose kid(s) started the School Year today, it wasn't as traumatic as envisioned, was it? I am also glad that the Jerry Lewis Telethon did get more donations than last year. But back to those of you with kids in school. New Friendships starting, new achievable obstacles to overcome. A time to re-engage a young mind from the summer semi-hibernation. New Social Activity, and school events like Sports either on the High School Level, or Jr. High, or just the activities Elementary kids go thru. But this doesn't last long, in about a month everything becomes ROUTINE again. The kids go off to school much like a JOB that we adults do. The thing about being a kid, is that EVERY YEAR is a new beginning. Where we adults, even if we manage a 3 week Vacation, is not a new beginning.

IF there was 1 THING I could instill to the "Kids". I would tell them: The 1st 20 years of your Life are the most Exciting, Most Challenging, and Most FUN you will have in a short period of time. The next 20 years, sure there are Exciting things, Challenging things, and FUN. But not at the Rate of the 1st 20 years. I can't say much about the 3rd set of 20 yrs, since I just started. But I do have 1 thing for this, I bought a Home just after I turned 40.

OK, NOW TO SOME NEWS!!!

Well How About THIS!!! AMERICANS are the MOST PRODUCTIVE WORKERS!!! Side News. There are a couple of Countries more Productive per Hour, but work less Hours. I look at it this way. I don't know how many of you are M*A*S*H Fans. But do you remember the episode where Fr. MulCahey won the Race? And a Comment by Col. Potter, that MulCahey's opponent was "JUST A SPRINTER"? Well that's what I think of the few Countries that per hr outproduce us. Well they are just SPRINTERS, can beat us in the 100 yrd DASH, but lose badly in a MARATHON to us. See the STORY HERE!!!

LABOR DAY! Well I work, but get Thursday night off instead. Which is a win for me, as ART BELL is Hosting the Show Thursday and Friday Night.

LABOR DAY..... Well not here in AZ. But where I grew up in Northern NY, the School Year Began the day after LABOR DAY. So the JERRY LEWIS TELETHON comong on TV as far back as I can Remember, meant SUMMER VACATION was OVER! Even though us kids had the obvious clues of shopping for new school clothes and supplies. But seeing the TELETHON on TV, sealed the fact in my mind as I was growing up. I remember clearly doing the Ronald McDonald Carnivals as a kid to raise $$$. And actually got on Local TV during the breaks from Las Vegas with some old childhood friends. I never liked Jerry Lewis as a comic, or as an Actor. But GOD BLESS HIM, what he has done for MDA, and what he created for LABOR DAY is a Part of AMERICANA. Filled with the "Strip's" Lounge Singers,etc. I have always ended up watching HOURS of the TELETHON, including this year. I am no longer in school, tomorrow is not the 1st Day Of School for me anymore. But seeing the TELETHON, brings back old memories, and also flashback stress and nervous excitement and fear that the next Day would bring. But things always settled out favorably, a new routine started, but grounded by the fact that both NFL and College FOOTBALL has started.

And the Day After LABOR DAY, 19 years ago, my best friend, and now temporarily resides on my 1st floor of the NEW SECRET ARMED COMPOUND, drove me 28 miles to Watertown, NY. For my move to ARIZONA, via a GREYHOUND 3 Day Bus Trip. I HAVE NOT been on a BUS SINCE!

Since I am 40 yrs old, and have been in AZ for 19 yrs. You will notice that in 2 yrs I will have been in AZ longer than in NY. This is WEIRD for me, it seems my childhood lasted a LOT LONGER. I guess it is true, when you are Young, the Years CREEP by, the older you get, the FASTER the Years go by. I still don't know for sure how I went from Twenty-something to 40 in an eye-blink.

Well, my best friend, described above, got himself a Storage Unit nearby this weekend. Meaning, my 2 car Garage, can now hold 2 Cars in the Garage. Or Technically a Car and a Truck.

Also, the Other Day MY 5 yr old CHEAPO VCR DIED. Normally not a big deal. BUT! I used this VCR so the TV I got from my MOM would have SOUND. And since the CABLE TV was routed thru it I was without the TV in my Living Room. Sure I have a TV with Cable in my 3rd Floor Bedroom. But I like to watch the TV in the Living Room. And I have planned on replacing the TV before the SUPER BOWL in 01/04 with a Wide Screen HDTV. USING CHRISTMAS and my Early January B-DAY to off set the cost, and since the prices continue to drop, I should get a Great Deal during the AFTER CHRISTMAS SALES. So Fortunately, there were LABOR DAY SALES. And I ended up getting a decent DVD-VCR HI-FI Combo for under $120. TV in the Living Room working fine once again as of yesterday.

Well most GAS STATIONS here are still over $2 a Gallon, ranging from $2.02 to $2.10. But I keep my record. I found a place yesterday at $1.99. So I can Still SAY that I have never paid $2 a gallon for GAS!

Well Guess what happened Yesterday? Atually I drove by this place less than an Hr before it happened, and it is about a mile, maybe less from my old place of 6 months ago. BOOM!!!! It BLEW UP!!! See the STORY HERE!!!

Well I need to let you all know, that for the VERY FIRST TIME I saw a DeLorean Car in person across the street from my House. Thought Time Travel was Possible. But this MODEL didn't have "THE FLUX CAPACITOR, which Makes TIME TRAVEL POSSIBLE, according to "DOC" in the Movie, BACK TO THE FUTURE". I WAS DISAPPOINTED. But also wondered at the CUBAN LICENSE PLATES on the CAR. ANYONE KNOW what the "little" "3" Means???? Well I Promised, and I am delivering NOW.

Hmmm.... it seems that the AREA of the BLACKOUT, was BLACKED OUT!!! While I Grew up in Northern NY State, the JERRY LEWIS TELEPHON was my SWAN SONG For the END OF SUMMER VACATION. As Tuesday after LABOR DAY was the 1st day of SCHOOL. Granted a 1/2 day, but to a kid, SUMMER IS OVER. You know ONCE when I was about 12 or 13 yrs Old. I was allowed to Watch the JERRY LEWIS TELETHON from Start to Finish? I did it!!!. But I also need you to know, that I grew up with Jerry Lewis and the Telethon. And my Earliest Memories are as a child not School Age, but the Telethon. Yes as a Kid I participated in Raising $$$, and as an Adult, I have Contributed. I am 40 yrs old. I TRULEY Believe I have watched EVERY TELETHON or a PORTION, for at least 35 YEARS!!!!

By the WAY. Jerry Lewis doesn't look so good, and hasn't in a couple of Years. This kinda Scares Me. I am 40. I want to last WAY PAST 80 at least.

My 1st night back at work in nearly a week, so I am a bit tired, and I want to at least TRY to catch the end of the AZ. Cardinals VS Minnesota Vikings Game tonight which starts 4 hrs before I get up from my 6 hr sleep.

Well, let's see,,, well I just got home from my every 2 yr Vehical Emissions Testing for my Car Registration. Well I passed, I knew I would. But geez, the test cost $27. My Registration cost $71, I know I won't be getting any sympathy from Californians. At least I was able to finish the rest of the process on the phone, avoiding long waits at the DMV, and saving a 32 cent Stamp. More car stuff. Well I made my gas last until yesterday, and was able to fill up for $1.99.

Well my Cardinals won Friday night against the Chicago Bears, we are 3-0 in Pre-Season, and looking pretty good. Meanwhile a friend of mine is in mourning over the loss of his Quarterback Pennington of the N.Y. Jets. But I look at it this way, nobody has expressed any sympathy to me on our recent injuries this Pre-Season, or any other Pre-Season. The Cardinals have the Highest Season ending injury rate in the pre-season. Including Starting QB's and Recievers.

Sometimes these Quarterly Staff Meetings turn out better than just info and food. I won 2 tickets to this Tuesday's AZ. D-Backs Baseball game. Can't complain about that! It will be VS the San Diego Padres, and since BOB (Bank One Ballpark) has a retractable roof it will be nice 'n' comfy with the A/C.

Well tonight in a couple of hours I will be going to the AZ Cardinals football game VS the Chicago Bears. It won't be as cool as the baseball game, but still cooler than the 1st game when it was 111 degrees at kickoff. 3PM now and it's only 98.

I still don't understand how thousands of Frenchmen died at 100 degree temperatures. Maybe that is why they were so against us going to Iraq, maybe they were thinking of us. They thought we would all DIE in the heat over there.

GAS, well the long lines are finally gone and the price is sneaking to under $2 a gallon. I'll have to get gas tomorrow, but at least I will beable to say that I never paid over $2 for gas.

OPPS, Sorry about not posting the Correct Date on my Last Update 2 Days ago. I also apologize for not updating Yesterday even though I got out of work 1/2 hr Early. I was having too much FUN Driving in the RARE MORNING MONSOON RAIN. Yes the GAS CRISIS is still going on here in the Phoenix area. It has become a Sport of Sorts. People keeping tallies on how long the wait in line and the Price. Amoung people I know and people I work with, I am Winning!!! I can go to Saturday night, or maybe Sunday afternoon before I need to get Gas. I hope when I do have to by Gas I can get get with next to nothing Lines, and under $1.90 a Gallon. This will happen if the Pipeline gets back into Operation soon. I paid the HIGHEST price I ever Paid on Monday when I topped off my Tank at $1.87 9/10. Currently Prices Range from a Low of $1.95 9/10 to over $4 a Gallon. AND you can BET my ASS or your ASS or ANYBODY'S ASS, that any Store I see much over $2 a Gallon, I will never shop at again. Go ahead, Rape the consumer while you can. Soon afterward your Business will STARVE.

HOLY COW!!! The Gas troubles here in the Phoenix area, is now a CRISIS! Driving around my regular route Monday Morning, I estimate that more than 6 out of 10 Gas Stations had NO GAS. And those that did had cars backed up into the streets. I would estimate anywhere from 1/2 hr to over an hr wait in line at Prices ranging from $1.79 to $2.05 a Gallon.

Well I filled up my car yesterday at $1.75 a Gallon. After driving around yesterday and this morning, on my return trip, I saw a little Mom & Pop Store and Gas station with 4 pumps that I had always driven by, but never stopped at. But it appeared they had GAS! and NO LINES! for $1.87 a Gallon. The Gas was always higher there, but not today. Not 4 miles away there were lines into the Street for gas at $2.05 a gALLON. sO AS SOON AS I GOT HOME I TOLD A FRIEND OF MINE TO GO OUT THERE AND fill up BEFORE the secret gets out. I topped off my tank for $5. Couldn't pass up the opportunity. It's an Old Fashioned type deal, no paying at the Pump, have to go inside and Pre Pay. And the Display is the rolling mechanical digits. But I am a RICH MAN! I have a FULL TANK OF GAS!!!! And as of RIGHT NOW, this STORY is the HEADLINE from The Drudge Report. See the STORY HERE!!!

Well last week, immediately after posting my prior update is when I got News of the BLACKOUT. I called friend's back in Northern NY and found out they were without power also. I then gave them NEWS I was watching on FOX NEWS, that NYC looked Eriely like 9/11. And then in quick fashion, the additional Cities without Power, Syracuse, Utica, Toronto, Ottawa, Detroit, Cleveland, Toledo, ETC... Well where I'm from, we are a hardy bunch, enduring massive snowfalls, a rural area. Well the friends I spoke with decided to get the BBQ going to cook dinner. Another friend had his Generator going. He had it going for 7 hrs until the power came back on. The Generator used about 4 Gallons of Gas. And it ran his whole House.

HMMMM.... I need to look into getting a Generator, and see if it would be a wise move for me to have one. On the surface I don't really need one. I have a Radio and Flashlights that will always work. I have a 5 inch Black and White Portable TV that runns on Batteries, I have a Gas BBQ, and also a Camping Stove that uses Propane, that I have on hand. However, if I lose Power in the Summer when it is 115+, I need to keep my Refridgerators running, and my A/C running. And having power to my PC to post updates about this would be neat to do also. I remember back on 06/26/90 Phoenix hit it's ALL TIME HIGH TEMP of 122. But I remember the day before that better when it hit 120. Why? Because the A/C in my Apt Building was not working.

As I get older, more things are added to the list of things I WILL NOT PUT UP WITH. I already have solved most of these in the past. When I moved to AZ by Greyhound Bus 19 yrs ago from Northern NY I vowed to never get on a Bus again. It is still true. In the past few years I added ALWAYS have a RADIO ready to go, Always have lighting, Always be able to Cook Food. Now I think I might have to add, keeping my refridgerators, refridgerated, my A/C, still A/C'ing, and Power to my PC. So I am on a possible search on getting a Generator soon. Oh the possible RAID on my home if the power outage lasts more than a Day or so, not to worry, I HAVE GUNS!!!

UPDATE!!!

A friend of mine that I sent to the Gas station at the beginning of this update. OUT OF GAS!!! Before he got there, Less than 1 1/2 hrs after I was there. NOW the RADIO is ANNOUNCING what GAS Stations are OPEN, how many HOURS the wait is, etc. and asking Listeners to call in any Gas Stations that Re-open.

Estimates are, by the end of this week, at Gas Stations that are Open, it would be around $3 a Gallon. But what is Our Governor doing during all this? Snubbing President Bush at his trip here last week because she was on "Vacation". But found time to meat with the AZ Cardinals Head Coach a day later, and called the Cardinals, MERCURY!!! The WNBA Team. Where is She NOW? At a Governors Conference in St Louis I think. BIG NEWS!!! She is cutting the trip short to address the GAS CRISIS here. WHERE was SHE when this started over 2 weeks ago!!! ON VACATION, Snubbing President Bush, meeting with an NFL COACH (While Still on VACATION), and going to a CONFERENCE. Let me tell YOU, JANET NAPOLITANO is JANET RENO's Little SISTER, not by Blood or Family, but by Action / Inaction.

I have other News, but that will have to wait. I need to start researching on possibly getting a Generator. And I also have a STEAK to BBQ....YUM!!!

Well we had a little Monsoon storm last night, dropped some needed Rain, and a bit of a light show. But I missed most of it as it occurred just before my wake up time 9PM. I always wake up, or the Alarm Clock does it to make sure. But BEFORE 9PM, I could sleep through a Train Wreck. Well anyway, for the 1st time in over a week the LOW Temp dropped below 90 last night, actually went ALL the way down to 80. And today it is iffy if we hit 100.

Let's stay on "THE HEAT SUBJECT" for a bit. Well according to the Media, France expects anywhere from 3,000 to 5,000 Deaths from their Heatwave. Now I don't want anyone to Die, but I still find it hard to feel much sympathy for the French the past few months / years. I guess it may be because I carry grudges a LONG TIME. Either way, that's how I am. You can see the STORY HERE!!!

GAS here in the Phoenix area is still in dire straits. Pipeline still Broken, Prices still Rising, now at $1.74 a gallon. They are trucking up GAS from Tucson, but I guess besides the extra Cost of Trucking it, a lot Evaporates on the way. And I have to get GAS after work tonight. My Luck, it will be $1.80 a gallon!

Close Call. I just realized a few minutes ago that my next Home Cardinals Football Game VS the Chicago Bears is next Friday Night 08/22/03. And as I told you earlier in this update, getting up before 9PM is nearly impossible for me during the week. At my work, you need to schedule Time Off a week in advance. I lucked out and managed to get Thursday Night 08/21/03 off from work.

AND, "This is just a Pre-Caution to protect YOUR SAFETY....". I don't know about you but I always prepare for the worst and hope for the Best. If I were on a Jet that was hit by a MISSLE, I would put my Head between my Legs and Kiss my ASS GOODBYE. And if my ASS survives for another Day, then my Hope for the Best happened. But being on a Jet hit by a Missle to me appears to me to be a LOW LEVEL of Hope of Survival. I am no Expert, I have only flown a few times. See the STORY HERE!!!

Well 1/2 the Work Week Over, and my Mom's B-Day this Weekend. Well at least I got my Mom's Present, but I still have 2 work nights to go.

Good Grief!!! GAS Prices here have gone thru the ROOF!!!. A broken Pipeline from Tuscon. When a week ago it was $1.47 a Gallon, now about $1.70 and some Gas Stations are Closed, or at least OUT OF GAS. Either way, I have to refill my Car Friday Morning. I hope to Avoid this HIGH SPIKE in PRICE!!! See the STORY HERE!!!

REALITY TV. IT could c0ome back and BITE you after you EAT! I Hate these Shows. Thank God I work Nights and sleep thru most of them, and I include American Idol in this too. But think about this, Eating Out, even at a Place BROADCASTED by a MAJOR TV NETWORK, doesn't mean you get GOOD CLEAN FOOD!!! But What the HELL, it is only a some flies and Greasy Spoons. I am Glad that 9 out of 10 meals I eat I prepare are by myself. And I hope my choosing of where I go for TAKE OUT is SOUND, and that my OWN Immune System will handle the rest. Granted not a FOOL PROOF policy, as I have a few years ago been "Sickened" by Take Out Food from a Major National Food Chain. See the STORY HERE!!!

Well John F. Kerry, the F. stands for WHATEVER, because he wants the INITIALS of JFK. Has DeRailed on his own actions, his attempts to "APPEAR" to be a REGULAR GUY. Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich ,,,,, whith SWISS CHEESE!!! And taking "DAINTY BITES". This is a BIG DISCONNECT to the "Common People", Especially in Philly. A Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich is with Cheez Whiz, acceptable Substitutions are American or Provolone Cheese, BUT NEVER SWISS CHEESE. Folks, the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich LEAKS! For those still unfamiliar, it is like EATING BBQ RIBS, or a VERY GREASY PIZZA, or Possibly "SLOPPY JOE'S". You know what I mean by now. All these are MESSY things to EAT, VERY GOOD, but MESSY. EATING any of these things means your Shirt will be Stained, and you EAT them in big MESSY BITES. Gotta LOVE IT!!! JFK KERRY FLUNKED this TEST to try to be an AVERAGE GUY. But his HANDLERS say he was thinking about the supposed 3 million JOBS G.W. Bush cost this Country. I guess that's why JFK couldn't order right to support his contention that he is an "ORDINARY GUY". Still HOT here, but not as bad, forcast High today is only 110. But last night's LOW at my place, which is usually cooler than the Airport was 91.

Well it appears I have avoided the big INTERNET INFECTION. Probably because my Anti-Virus is updated nearly Daily, and all my Microsoft Patches are upto date and installed. In case you haven't heard about this. Here is the STORY HERE!!!

Today is the 60th Anniversary of WHAT? Well, yes it is the 60th Anniversary of the Film CASABLANCA. But I wasn't referring to that. What else could it BE???? I bet a few of you know, or will say "Oh Yeah!" when I tell you. But you need to be a complicated person like myself, stewed or fermented by 17 yrs of working the Graveyard Shift, and maybe a bit of Brain Damage from the Arizona Sun, Ha, Ha!!! Well today is ALSO the 60th Anniversary of the "Supposed", PHILIDELPIA EXPERIMENT. You know the Military Exp to make a WARSHIP Invisible, The USS ELDRIDGE. There was a popular MOVIE about it 10 or 15 yrs ago.

For today, let's keep with the Weird / Strange Genre. For Example CALIFORNIA, with 200+ candidates for Governor. Good Grief!!! If I was 1 State further WEST, I would have either been killed by now by the likes of the Hollywood Leftists, or Diane Fienstien, etc. OR I could actually be in the Race for Governor. I would get the Conservative SMOKER VOTERS, and some plain Conservatives. And possibly some Fence sitters who just like straight plain factual views from a Candidate. Of coarse I would get ZERO % of the ILLEGAL ALIEN VOTE. Grey Davis is striving HARD for their "VOTE". I know I would lose the STAR vote to ARNOLD. But I would probably outdo Gary Coleman of "DIFFERENT STOKES". I also believe I would get more Votes than LARRY FLYNT, and that Slut "PORN STAR". Funding.... Hmmmm. Well I probably would get a few $$$ from the Tobacco Industry, some from the BEER, especially BUDWIESER industry, and some from the MEAT, especially BEEF Industry and all those who are against PETA. Might get some $ from the Anti-Tree Huggers.... All in all, in the Field of 200+ Candidates, I could have very well pulled out a TOP 20 FINISH!!! Think about it, like in a NASCAR RACE. Maybe 40 to 45 Cars, the top 10 MAKES $$$. OH WELL... I am Glad I am here in ARIZONA, California would have probably killed me by now anyway. I just hope the NEW GOVERNOR can fix things, or at least not make them any worse. Because there are TOO MANY LIBERAL CALIFORNIANS moving HERE!!!!

And yes I do think it would be concievable for myself to finish in the TOP 20 in this Election. Top 10 or Top 15, NO. But in the Top 20, YES.

OK! backing away from what could have been, or more appropriate, Fantasy-Land. But still staying on the Weird and Strange.

This is Both STANGE and WEIRD. And I am automatically disqualified from attempting this in any aspect. And how any adult Couple can go this far for so long without getting to 1st Base I can't figure out. They are either going to put Rabbits to Shame, or this is going to be a sexless Marriage. Well I better call it a Day before I cause TOO much Trouble. Plus I have a Steak to BBQ. And I'd rather do it on the BBQ before my driveway heats up enough to cook the Steak. The thing with the FAMOUS cooking Eggs on the sidewalk/pavement/Cement, is YES you can do it. But it takes Longer, and you can't control the Heat. Plus you have all the RUBBER, OIL,Dirt, Etc LEACHED into the food when cooking.... BLECH!!!! AND EGGS, MEATS, etc. will discolor my Cement Driveway.

Well I bet I pulled you thru at least 2 or 3 different Directions in Today's Update.

Oh and guess WHAT? The RECALL BALLOT in CALIFORNIA is mostly going to be done by BUTTERFLY BALLOTS, just like those in FLORIDA in 2000. Here comes the resurection of the "HANGING", "DIMPLED", ETC. CHADS. And the coming harrassment and ridicule of anyone named CHAD, especially in California. The GRANOLA STATE, the LAND of FRUITS, NUTS, and FLAKES is going to be very entertaining the next 2 months.

1 YEAR, 46 Weeks and 3 Days, of WWIII

It's been HOT HERE. But then again it is ARIZONA. I grew up with COLD in Northern NY for my first 21+ yrs. and with HOT for the past 19yrs. And HOT is easier to deal with than COLD and SNOW. But I must tell you, at my 1st NFL Pre-Season Football Game this year, My Cardinals VS the Cowboys was rather on the WARM SIDE. 111 degrees at kick-off which was just after 7PM. You know what that means, the Vendors made a killing selling me 16 OZ Beers at $7 a pop. Well at least it was worth it. I have a BASELINE on how to judge my Football Team. IF my Cardinals BEAT the DALLAS CRACK, I mean COWBOYS, whether it be in Pre-Season or the Regular Season, I consider the Season a Success. And WE WON 13-0 A SHUTOUT!!!!

Well it is about 106 right now, a nice cool 82 inside here at the "SECRET ARMED COMPOUND". Fortunately it is a little cooler at my place than Sky Harbor Int Airport. But I did hit a NEW ALL TIME HIGH TEMP of 109.4 yesterday. This is here at my new place where I have been since this past end of Feburary. Nice to be about 8 degrees cooler at home than where I work. Saves on the Electric Bills you know.

However I don't have much sympathy for the Europeans in their current "HEATWAVE". I have more sympathy for our troops in Iraq where it is about the only place even hotter than where I am. But in the scope Of things, I do hope England and London catch a break, to Hell, (interesting choice of words here), with France and Germany. I suppose Italy should be given a break also, for the POPE. Spain is OK too. But let France and Germany endure some "Purgatory", But I wish no Deaths from this, just some real non life threatening HEAT RELATED DISCOMFORT.

So My days off, well I made a little progress of what I planned to do, but mostly relaxed, BBQ'd, Football Game, and basically rested and goofed off. I don't need to defend it, I am not taking a "REAL" Vacation this year like I have the past 2 yrs. I do have Banked time for a vacation, but I plan on using Time for days off here and there. The next Vacation I would like to take is an Alaskan Cruise, maybe next year in Late Winter or Early Spring, see the Glaciers, the Northern Lights, Polar Bears and Seals.

Well living in ARIZONA, it is GREAT to see another STATE take over for WHACKY POLITICS ETC. Because we in AZ have been for yrs the laughing stock for in State Politics. Well No Longer! The Granola Bar STATE, the Land of FRUITS, NUTS, and FLAKES. California of coarse. Has taken the LEAD with this Bizzarrow RECALL ELECTION COMING UP. THIS could NEVER HAPPEN in AZ. Our STATE CONSTITUTION is different from CALIFORNIA's. GOOD GRIEF!!! YOU have Gary Coleman the Midget Mall Security Officer BEATER, A so called PORN STAR, a PORNO DEALER, A Hollywood STAR & former BODYBUILDER, a former BASEBALL COMMISIONER (I suppose the 3 STRIKES and your OUT works for him). What did I see today? That there are nearly 200 candidates for Governor in the Election in less than 3 months?!!!

God I hope the best thing happens. Why? Because TOO MANY of these FRUITS, NUTS, and FLAKES are moving to ARIZONA!!! I don't want their idiotic belief of BIG GOV'T saves ALL. That's what is BANKRUPTING CALIFORNIA.
